APPLY by activating the liners with a wet liner brush until water is fully incorporated with the product. After application, allow the liners to fully dry on both your skin (and the jar before storing your HUE Liner jar away).
REMOVE simply with either a makeup wipe or a cotton ball with makeup remover.
TEST any new cosmetic product on a small area before using the product. Always be careful when using products around the eye area.
