Get creative with Glitter Moose's new collection of UV Liners. The liner formula is smudge-proof and transfer-proof, great for creating sharp and clean lines and will dry to a matte finish. Along with your neon accessories and glitters, they'll glow under UV/Black Light. This set is our line of 7 shades of basic Neon colors in 3g jars.

*As of 04/26/2022, we have reformulated our white to be more UV reactive and will be renamed to "Super Woah". Our original formula will be more opaque than so we decided to continue to offer "Woah" under our Hue Liner collection which you can find here.
APPLY by activating the liners with a wet liner brush until water is fully incorporated with the product. After application, allow the liners to fully dry on both your skin (and the jar before storing your UV Liner jar away).
REMOVE simply with either a makeup wipe or a cotton ball with makeup remover.
TEST any new cosmetic product on a small area before using the product. Always be careful when using products around the eye area.
